Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

NightFold may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. During the trial, you have full access to premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

2. Subscription Plans

NightFold offers subscription plans billed on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that period ends.

4. How to Cancel

For iOS (Apple App Store):

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select NightFold
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android (Google Play Store):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Select NightFold and tap Cancel subscription

5. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's refund policies:

If you are unable to resolve a refund through the app store, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Account Deletion

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us separately. See our Support page for data deletion instructions.
