2. Description of Service

NightFold provides an AI-powered dream journal platform that includes dream capture, AI-powered dream interpretation, voice-to-text transcription, pattern tracking, and sleep quality tools. Our services are designed to help you understand your dreams but are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within NightFold, including dream journal entries, voice recordings, and personal notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, including sending data to third-party AI providers for interpretation and transcription as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of NightFold require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. 6. AI-Powered Features

NightFold uses third-party AI services to provide dream interpretation and voice transcription features. AI-generated interpretations are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be relied upon as professional advice. The accuracy, completeness, and relevance of AI outputs may vary and we do not guarantee specific results.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

NightFold is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The content provided, including AI-generated dream interpretations, is for informational and personal reflection purposes only. 9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NightFold, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of NightFold and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NightFold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages arising from AI-generated content or interpretations.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@nightfold.app.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
